My work with couples is unique and influenced by many different modalities and training. I incorporate outside-the-box techniques and evidence based interventions that emphasize the preexisting positive assets in the relationship.
I am trained in Depth Psychology with a background in meditation and mindfulness. This type of work explores the self on a deeper level, and is especially helpful for those wanting to connect more strongly with the source of their creativity and spirituality.
